From one truck
to a Chicago favorite.

Aztec Dave's began with a food truck in March 2015, built around family recipes, fresh ingredients, marinated meats, original salsas, and a goal of showing Chicago a higher-quality side of Mexican comfort food.

The brand later expanded beyond the original truck into multiple food trucks, catering, and a brick-and-mortar cantina in Humboldt Park.
